From the stable, a beer worthy of the stars
The monastery’s old barn and stable. This was where the grazing animals were kept and the hay was stored to feed them. The upper floor was used to accommodate pilgrims. Today this room is our brewery. Cheers to it!


At the end of the day, what you need is a good beer
A good quality beer. Cool in the summer and refreshing in the winter. After hiking, biking and skiing. Always and no matter what. Paired with our local delicacies: bacon, cheese, bread like in the old days. Modern pilgrim, you are always welcome.
